History

In 7 short years of business, KSW has grown into one of the premier, mid-sized construction companies in southern Wisconsin.  KSW has provided construction services to over 200 satisfied clients, many of whom have retained us for multiple construction projects.  In 2010, KSW relocated it offices to McKeed Rd and Seminole Hwy in Fitchburg to better suit its staff and allow for future growth.

KSW Construction Corporation was founded in 2005 by Dean Slaby and Thomas Weigand.  Their vision was to create a commercial construction company based upon efficient service, reasonable pricing, and quality workmanship.  Most importantly, the felt the need to develop and maintain long-standing professional relationships with clients.  Both founders have successfully practiced this same approach throughout their careers and with other businesses they’ve founded.  In 2006, Doug Slaby, who shares this same vision, joined as partner and Vice President, setting the groundwork for a growing company.
