The Ladies of Gamma Phi Betta, UW Madison were in need of a new, updated kitchen and KSW Construction was happy to take on the project. The outdated kitchen was no longer sufficient to service the 50 girls residing in the sorority house. In 5 short weeks KSW conquered the demolition and new build. A new HVAC system and makeup air unit was installed giving the kitchen the proper cooling and circulation needed for the equipment and staff. The renovated space has FRP walls, vinyl flooring and new windows. Redesigning the previous center island created a more functional workspace and additional storage while complimenting the new cabinetry. Installing all new stainless steel appliances and countertops completed the well needed updates for this kitchen.
