Merchant Restaurant, Bar and Grocery is now open at 121 S. Pinckney Street in downtown Madison, WI. The 3,000 square feet build out and exterior renovation was completed in twelve weeks. KSW transformed the deserted office space into a rustic yet chic dining environment with wood grain columns, banquette seating along large storefront windows, custom pine shelving units, stained concrete floors, an expo style kitchen, and a 50 feet wood bar. Merchant’s kitchen focuses on New-American wholesome cuisine while the bar is inspired by classic and hand crafted cocktails, and the urban grocery features all ingredients used in the kitchen and bar.
