KSW Construction partnered with Southwest Wisconsin Technical College to take an out-of-date conference space and update it into a whole new bookstore and retail area. The retail area will carry products such as self-care items, home goods, extra electronics, and student/staff apparel. The entrance consists of 3 aluminum overhead doors that roll up to create a larger sales floor and windows that help display the apparel. Other features include an open ceiling to create a black ceiling concept, recessed lighting, LVT flooring, a brand new clerk counter, and new entrances throughout the facility.
